You may change or cancel your plan at any time. To change or cancel your subscription, please cancel on the site or contact customer service at info@therelationshipkeys.com. At the time of cancellation, you will lose access to your package components.
All packages require credit card payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.
We offer a full payment or installment plan option at time of purchase. If you sign up for the Starter Package, you will be charged $179.80 at the time of purchase and $179.80 every month for 4 months, for a total of 5 payments of $179.80. If you sign up for the Full Package, you will be charged $366.50 at the time of purchase and $366.50 every month for 4 months, for a total of 6 payments of $366.50. Both installment plans are automatically charged monthly for your convenience. You have complete control over your subscription and can cancel online or contact us to change or cancel at any time.
When canceling an installment plan, all future charges associated with your subscription will be canceled. You may notify us of your intent to cancel at any time, however, your cancellation will become effective at the end of your current billing period. You will not receive a refund; your subscription access and/or delivery and accompanying subscriber benefits will continue for the remainder of the current billing period.
The rates will vary depending on the package purchased. Please select the package you’re interested in to see the rates available for that package.
You can watch as many videos as you want with your partner or without them. The best way to watch them is with your partner so you can talk about what Dr. Jacquie is trying to teach you to improve your relationship. It is highly recommended that you continue to refer to the videos as often as possible to pick up new tips and to continue to strengthen your relationship.

Each quiz must have two partners in order for the algorithm to compute the scores. The areas that are determined to be an area of weakness are calculated based on each of the partner’s answers to the quiz. For example, if there is a question regarding finances where one partner strongly agrees and the other strongly disagrees then that creates an area of weakness in the relationship that needs development. The algorithm automatically calculates the score based on you and your partner’s response.
